Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Scrub with Love purchase, but if unsatisfied, it's easy to return. Please contact our Customer Care team to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.

Returned items must be 75% intact, returned with their original packaging, and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.

Remember, we unfortunately cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. ​
